Susan F. Fowler of New Bern, NC formally of Princeton and Hopewell NJ passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 surrounded by her family.
She was raised in Saddle River and Princeton NJ. She graduated from Princeton High School. She attended Princeton School of Nursing where she earned her LPN licenses. She worked for many years at the Princeton Nursing Home and UPAC Nursing Home prior to her retirement. Susan was a founding member of the Hopewell Children's Free Library.
She was predeceased by her parents Vreeland and Marion Flagg and her brother William Flagg. She is survived by her children: Annmarie F. Soganic and her husband Paul, Donna F. George, Norman R. Fowler III. and his wife Judi and John V. Fowler and his wife Angela, six grandchildren: Michelle Soganic, Melissa Soganic, Michael Soganic and his wife Shannon, Melody Biechlin, Brandy B. Rivera and her spouse Lisa and Sidney Fowler, 3 great-grandsons and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held 9 – 11am on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home at One Hamilton Ave, Princeton, NJ 08542 followed by a small graveside gathering at Highland Cemetery at 95 Hopewell-Wertsville Rd, Hopewell, NJ 08525.
