Sally J. Smith, of Princeton, New Jersey, passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at the age of 90.  She was born Sally Lou Johnson to Henning and Marvel (Kattenberg) Johnson in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin and grew up in Madison.

She met and married Thomas Allen Smith in Auburn, Alabama in 1966, later living in Jacksonville and Anniston for many years, where she was a real estate agent and later an antiques dealer.

Sally was an engaging, inquisitive, adventurous and creative person, a delightful companion, and a trusted confidante who made friends easily. Sally loved antiques almost as much as the hunt for them; travel to any destination, particularly if it involved a ship or boat; and lighthearted movies.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Allen Smith, daughters Kathleen Dauria and Rachel Smith, and grandson Mike Dauria.

She was dearly loved and is deeply missed.
