Rodman Sutton Fox, a man of quiet strength and unwavering support, passed away on November 5, 2024, at the age of 96. Known for his thoughtful nature and steadfast presence, his enduring 69-year marriage was a testament to his character.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, Rodman grew up in New Jersey. In 1951, he joined the army and served at a hospital in Giessen, Germany. Remarkably, it was in Germany where his future bride, Elsie Marie Reuning, was born, though they had not yet met. After his honorable discharge in December 1953, Rodman met Elsie at a university pool in Philadelphia. Captivated by his swim fins, she struck up a conversation, leading to their marriage on December 24, 1955, in Swarthmore, PA. Rodman went on to earn his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1957 where he studied chemistry, but ENIAC the first programmable computer, was located there. This sparked his interest in lifelong career in information technology (IT). In retirement, Rodman and Elsie embraced their love for travel, exploring the world together and spending cherished moments in Hannover, Germany.

Predeceased by his wife, Elsie, Rodman is survived by his loving family: his two sons and their wives, Karl and Melcy Fox, David and Anna Fox; his daughter, Alice Fox; his grandchildren, Calvin Fox, Daniel Stahlschmidt and Marie Stahlschmidt, her husband, Dustin Nahale; and his great-grandchildren, Naomi Nahale and Kiana Nahale.

A graveside service will be held to honor Rodman's life at Rocky Hill Cemetery in Rocky Hill, NJ on Monday, November 11, at 11 AM.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
