Mary M.  Lanzetta, 91, lifelong resident of Princeton, NJ, died Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center, Plainsboro, NJ surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was a graduate of Princeton high School, Class of 1947 and a member of St. Paul Church.  A devoted wife and homemaker, she enjoyed cooking and, more importantly, her family.  She was always there to help family and friends in their time of need.

She was predeceased by her parents Salvatore and Caroline Trani Mazzella, husband, John, in 2011 and son, Salvatore J. "Sal" Lanzetta, in 2008.  Surviving is her daughter and son-in-law, Anna and Luigi Prete, grandson Jerry Prete and his wife Christine and three great grandchildren; Michael, Grace and Noah, brother, Frank Mazzella, all of Princeton, sisters-in-law Carmela Dri and Yolanda Lanzetta and her husband Jimmy Giammaria all of Montreal, Canada and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will begin on Friday, December 27, 2019 at 10:00AM in the Kimble Funeral Home, 1 Hamilton Avenue, Princeton, NJ followed by a 10:30AM funeral mass at St. Paul Church, 214 Nassau Street, Princeton, NJ.  Burial will be in the family plot at Princeton Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27, 2019, preceding mass, from 8:00AM to 10:00AM at the funeral home.
