John Michael McCormick, 85, died peacefully on February 19, 2014, at his home in Princeton, NJ, after a sudden illness.  To all those who knew him, he was a source of joy, wit and inspiration.  He will be sadly missed.

Graduate of the City University of New York, he was President of Thatcher Glass Manufacturing Company.

Survived by his wife, Julia Losa McCormick, two sons John Lawrence and his wife, Miko, and Paul and his wife, Dorothea, three grandchildren, Jocelyn Lloyd and her husband, David, Terrence McCormick and Charles M. McCormick and one great granddaughter, Sophie Lloyd.

Private service was held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery on February 26, 2014
