J acquelyn G. Tchorni of Lawrenceville died on March 1, 2020 at Stonebridge at Montgomery at the age of 94.

Jackie was born and raised in New London, Connecticut. Following her graduation from Connecticut College in 1947 with a major in mathematics, she went to work for the fledgling Educational Testing Service in Princeton.  There she joined the Math Group, developing math tests.  Another member of the Math Group was Bernard Tchorni, who became her husband in 1949.  Jackie and Bernie were reportedly the first ETS marriage. Jackie spent her lengthy career at ETS, primarily in test development.

Jackie was predeceased by Bernie, their son David, her sister Blanche and her brother Merwin. She is survived by her daughter Ellen Lowenthal and her son-in-law J.; her sister Adria Bokoff; her daughter-in-law Kathy Tchorni; her grandchildren Michael Tchorni and his wife Lia, Marvin Lowenthal and his wife Rebecca, and Aaron Lowenthal; and her great-grandchildren Evan and Jacob Tchorni.
