Frances E. Niper of Hillsborough, NJ last residing in Croydon, PA passed away peacefully at Legacy Gardens on March 29, 2023 at the age of 80.

She was born in Princeton, NJ where she ran her own cleaning business and met her late husband Arthur G. Smith. They moved to a quiet farm house in Hillsborough, NJ where they had 2 horses and a bevy of spunky Boston Terriers. She and Arthur enjoyed many adventures together (camping, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, beach trips with the grandchildren, and cruises) that she would later share as some of her most cherished memories.

She is survived by her siblings Elaine Mattera and Kenny Niper, children and their spouses; Wayne Seals, Robert Seals and Fawn, Debbie Mosley and Kurt, Arthur R. Smith and Gina, Virginia Smith and Anders, grandchildren; Amanda Seals, Angela Seals, Tammy Brooks, Ashley Anderson, Arthur Smith, Franki Rose Smith, and great grandchildren; Gavin, Trevor, Jolie.

Viewing hours will be Monday, April 3, 2023 from 10:00AM to Noon at Kimble Funeral Home, 1 Hamilton Avenue, Princeton, NJ. A funeral service will begin at Noon followed by burial in Franklin Memorial Park, 1800 State Rt. 27, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.
