C. Maury Jones, Jr. died peacefully on January 17, 2013 at age 83.
He was a resident of Princeton for over 50 years and a graduate of Princeton University, Class or 1951.
He loved classical music and the outdoors, hiking, canoeing and especially enjoyed fly fishing and gardening.
He is survived by his wife of almost 62 years, Sonia Z. Jones, a son, C. Maury Jones III and his wife Becky, a daughter, Stasia Lowe and her husband Forrest, two granddaughters, Courtney and Kendra Lowe, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; Olga and Victor Washkevich, Eleanore and John Yuchmow, Constance McCarthy and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 28, 2013 at 10:00am in Trinity Church, 33 Mercer Street, Princeton.
A private family burial will follow at Rocky Hill Cemetery, Rocky Hill, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to a charity of the donor’s choice are appreciated.
